A custom designed front bumper for the trx-42021 Bronco. This bumper is made to be strong and give more performance to the truck through giving better approach angles. The bumper also has 2 d-ring holes and only using one with a d ring installed, I held my entire truck up in the air. I designed the bumper so that there is space between the frame rails at the front to mount something should you choose to. I mounted my esc there to try and get some weight forward since I don't have any shorty batteries. There is currently no option for a winch, but I do plan to add in one that a winch can be mounted to. This bumper also uses 4 m3 nuts to mount instead of the bolts threading into the print itself. I have had trouble with prints splitting in the past trying to screw into them, so I decided against designing it that way. The nuts will be a bit of a tight fit, but they do fit. I got mine in by first starting with a long m3 bolt and then putting the nut on the end of it and tightening it until it started to seat into the hole. Then I took the bolt out and used pliers to press the nut in the last part of the way. Longer screws than stock will also be needed. The ones I used were 16mm long (besides the one that goes through the pan hard mount). The last 5 pictures deal with putting the nuts in. Figured they may be helpful. This bumper also fits tighter to the body than the stock bumper, leaving less of a gap.
