Spice shaker out of an upcycled True Fruits smoothie bottle!
The lid is spring loaded and locks into a catch in both positions so it stays where it should.
One thumb operation.
Comes with two different hole patterns, see the pictures.

PRINT THE SPRING IN PETG!! PLA will not last
Assemble with the lid rotated one notch further than the catch to provide pretension.
Supports recommended for the screw cap.
