If you want to add a strap so it can be worn then print 'Belt clip' and attach with CA superglue on the back, ensuring not to block the finger holes and reinforce with filament rods on the join seam melted with a soldering iron or a 3D printer pen.
A little bit of CA superglue on the centre pin should be more than enough for assembly robust enough for wear/play.
Pair it with a belt of your choice to act as a strap and some plushes for the 'Wishes' (Ebay or Wish.com have some 'Pea in a Pod' plushes very cheaply that work well).
