A replacement battery cover for TRS-80 Model 100 laptops.
This battery cover <b>uses screws</b> to hold in place so you will have to drill two small screw holes.
I tried many times to reproduce the slide tabs like the original cover had but 3D printed parts are just not as strong as injection molded parts and they all broke off.
If this is a little tight in your TRS-80, just file/sand down the tight areas. It fits beautifully in mine.
This is a very thin piece, I advise:
1) that when you slice it, add a <b>BRIM</b> to keep it from warping while cooling.
2) Let it cool COMPLETELY before you try to remove it from your print bed. Every one that I removed while it was even slightly warm, warped.
The screws- The holes are sized for a #2 (3/32 - 2.18mm) screw. Use the smallest screw you can to minimize the hole size that you have to drill into your M100.
