The file 'Troy T22 Picatinny Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 28.6KB.
This is a Picatinny rail that I made for the Troy T22 chassis because it only have a rail on top, nothing on the underside to fit a hand stop to. The outside part goes on the underside in the three front holes, I prefer the longest part forward but it fits both ways. The inside part is screwed in place with three M3x8 screws that can be reached by flipping up the flip-up on top. It could allso be mounted other plases on the chassis for adding lights and such.
The outside rail part is to be printed with a pause to insert three M3 nuts WITHOUT NYLOC.
I have printed this for testing in PLA and for practical use in CFPETG.
I have first layer at 0,2mm and the rest at 0,12mm, 6 perimeters, 10 layer top and bottom and 100% line infill, all probably overkill, but better safe than sorry :)
This is my first uploaded design, I made it for myself but it would be cool if others with a Troy T22 could make use of it. I based the Picatinny part off of a part I downloaded but I forgot where I found it, sorry.
