Not a perfect reproduction, but quite usable, especially since this part is not available.
I printed mine in ASA, 3 walls, 25% infill with Cura's fine setting for ABS. Took about 3 hours to print. Normal resolution about 1.5 hours.
You will have to drill holes for the studs and glue them in with some JB weld epoxy.
Finish is up to you. I recommend high fill primer and then satin black epoxy.
