I was a little sick of "printable" tripod phone mounts that are overly complex, and require metal hardware. So I designed one that only has 3 parts, and you just print double of 2 of them, for a total of 5 parts. The shaft is large enough to hold most tablets in landscape mode, so if it doesn't fit your phone, get something smaller... Tested on a Razer phone 2 (very thick and square), and an iphone 6s plus. (I'm aware the iphone is old. I just don't buy them, and it was someone else's old phone.)
2024/04/15: Updated shaft to be threaded all the way through, reducing material usage, without reducing strength by too much. Added a shorter shaft, for smaller print beds. Added another type of tripod connector. Added the STEP file, so you can modify it for yourself.
