There are three sets of gears here:
To achieve the result you need to print:
side1 - print one
side2 - print one
set1 or set2 or set3 - print what you like (three gears)
It's recommended to use filament of different colors for gears and sides.
PETG, ABS, PLA - good choice for the thing filament
Creality, TEVO, Prusa, Anycubic, Wanhao, Reprap, Ultimaker - 100% printable with good result.
I use Ender 3 (with standard hotend 0.4) and about 1 hour to print this model.
You can use a thinner nozzle and layer height to archive maximum accuracy
May be you need sandpaper or nailfile to smooth edges.
