I had success printing this in PLA with Cura using 0.1 mm layers and a raft to keep the parts flat - especially the lid!
Use two M3 (10-15mm) bolts to secure the lid. I heat the bolts up a bit with a crack lighter before screwing them in. I also drilled the holes of the lid hinges so the M3 threads did not catch.
