This is a tri-lobe manual handle that press fits onto the top of a 3/4" sized hex head (typically found on a 1/2" bolt) so that you can turn the bolt by hand with a little bit of leverage. They are relatively small to fit in my application, but if you edit the openScad file you can easily make the handles much larger to give a lot more leverage.
