I shifted the rails around a bit and made a cutout space at the bottom so they aren't pushing up against the bolt on the transit cart. Only needed for the larger "Transit" style carts.
This adds some clearance for this setup as well, the cupholders sit about 3/4 of an inch above the wheel.
