This is an ultra-compact dash replacement for the Suzuki DRZ 400 made to carry a Trail-Tech Voyager GPS Speedo along with the factory ignition switch and indicator lights.
This design mounts directly to the oversize handlebar between the clamps. It was designed and tested with Pro-taper fat-bars and Pro-taper handlebar clamps.
Making the most of this design requires being able to pause your 3D-printer at a specific height/layer to embed the nuts in the bottom part of the mount. This makes for a greatly simplified installation. M5 lock-nuts and allen-head M5 (35 to 40mm long) bolts are recommended along with your original Suzuki and Trail-tech hardware. Also recommend 1 flanged wood screw to lock the top plate in position.
I personally tested this design on my own motorcycle for over 1 year/1700 miles in all weather/terrain/conditions without any issues and it continues to have miles added to it.
