Printable replacement for the Trail Gator retaining clip (http://www.trail-gator.com). Bought the Gator to tow my son's bike (20" wheels) to school to pick him up, and pull my younger daughter (on her 16" bike) on trails. The Gator works beautifully, but the bikes' kick stands don't work very well when connected. By day three, my bike had fallen over in the garage and shattered the retaining clip that holds the tow bar in place when it's not being used. I figured it would probably happen again, so I drew up my own version so I can print them as needed.
The original clip uses a rivet at the hinge, so you'll need to get your own #8 x 3/4" bolt and a nylon lock nut to assemble. Or print your own hinge pin, of course.
