The file 'Traeger Smoker Knob Replacement 3D Printer Model' is (stl,3mf,f3d) file type, size is 1.3MB.
Our older Traeger knob snapped in half and I wasn't able to find anywhere that just sold the knob so I decided to just print it!
This fits perfectly, but REQUIRES the old grub screw and center insert from the old knob. I will not be doing a different version that doesn't require that, but feel free to use my files to make one if you want!
This has 2 files, the knob itself, and the insert that has the "arrow" to know what you have it set to. They are separate purely because I wanted to have different colors for it and I don't have a printer that can do multiple colors. So this was the next best option.
Print the two pieces, put a little bit of nail polish for the arrow (or something similar), and glue to the insert to the knob.
I will not be making a version that combines together, but feel free to use the files to make it if you want!
I used HTPLA, but PETG or something with higher heat resistance may be better, but I haven't had any issues yet with just HTPLA.
Note: do not worry about the grub screw needing to thread into the printed knob, it DOES NOT get threaded into the printed knob but rather the insert is already threaded.
