When tidying up, the good old wooden IKEA boxes were cleared out again and I noticed that the 45mm holes (carrying handles) have allowed a lot of dust to accumulate in the boxes over the years.
That doesn't have to be the case. So I quickly developed 45mm lids with a depth of 6mm that can be printed in TPU and after just 15 minutes of printing you have a perfectly fitting lid that closes the whole thing perfectly.
10% infill is enough.

Beim Aufräumen wurden die guten alten Holz IKEA Boxen wieder frei geräumt und dabei ist aufgefallen das durch die 45mm Löcher (Tragegriffe) über die Jahre durchaus einiges an Staub sich auch in den Kisten ansammelt.
Das muss nicht sein. Also habe ich kurz 45mm Deckel mit einer Tiefe von 6mm entwickelt die man in TPU Drucken kann und nach nur 15 Minuten Druckzeit hat man einen perfekt passenden Deckel der das ganze hervorragend verschließt.
10% Infill reichen aus.
