I decided to fix Toyta keyfob key fob, using 3D printing, with only photos and Freecad, i.e. without 3D scanner. A bit tricky to scale image in Freecad, used scale image macro to scale to real dimensions and measurements were taken with a calliper. Photos were taken with smartphone. Printed parts fits perfectly. In design I added button holes of 0.3 mm offset. Button icons ar salvaged from original rubber buttons.
P.S. Freecad file toyota_verso_keyfob is incomplete. Replacement part shape is with experimental trial and error shape, but is almost ideal after printing 10 times with corrections.
