This was a personal project, trying to model my old 91 Toyota Pickup/Hilux (1.5 cab, V6).
It is not perfect - mainly in the grill area, and the wheelwells, but the proportions are modeled with help of side, front, and top view pictures so its pretty close.
The entire thing is about 30cm long, total printing time is ~30h on my ender 3 (longest piece is 17h), and assembly time 10min - all the screws are mentioned below and thread right into the PLA super easily.
The springs here do work - with PLA it will eventually wear out but they are easy to replace. TPU may be too soft but will try eventually.
All the print files are attached - if theres any issues/suggestions let me know and I can revise, or if you want to play with it yourself I can send over the Solidworks (2019, student version) files.
The bed does fold open!
Screws:
10x M4x6mm, phillips or slot preferred. These are for wheels, bumper, and axle to leaf mounting.
14x M3x6mm. For all the other attachments. These can all be longer since the holes are all thru holes, but 6mm is tidiest.
If you enjoyed it I'd appreciate a tip :)
