This is a model of of a Toy Wagon at 1/12 scale based on a model in the Woodworkers Journal, September/October 1986. Due to the tiny size, it is glued together so the wheels and handle don't turn. If you blow it up in size,or use a very fine nozzle on your printer, then there are axle pegs so that the wheels can turn and you can use a pin for the handle so it moves up and down. Nice little addition to your doll house Christmas Tree!
