Inspired by the original I recreated the model into 2 printable objects for users without MMU.
You can print the parts in different filament colors.
NOT A TOY FOR LITTLE CHILDREN
If you so desire you can glue the pills and the holder post-print with a dab of crazy glue.
Might also be funny to make it magnetically attachable ;)
If you don't trust your bed adhesion there's a file with the pills attached, easily breakable or cuttable after printing with a x-acto knife or any other cutter tool.
