I really, REALLY liked the Retraction test by Wemperor. It's fast and effective so I just made a tower version to use with multiple setting. Every section have an height of 8mm. Use this measure as a reference to split process or stop the print if you don't need all the tower.
There is a very little chamfer between the layer to help visualize the change of settings.
Ndr: due to the fact that this print is very thin, it's easy to get some warping. A skirt may help
