I adapted this from the one by "jindraj", as my torch is a larger diameter, 38mm. I've used 4mm elastic cord but a small nylon strap was also an option. I also made the hand opening slightly taller as with my 3mm glove on it was a bit too snug.
This is for the left hand, so would need flipping for right handed use.
