Summary

This is a mount and duct suited for the TH3d tough dual hotend and 18mm EZABL probe and 5015 blower fan. All photos are arranged in order of installation. This mount was designed to fit on the X carriage of a cr-10 but any creality or other printers with the same style carriage will work all the same. You will not need supports to print any of the parts as they will import in the correct orientation.

Reworked the short mount to have proper fitting for the TH3D style 5015 blower fan.

Added a 5015 adapter for TH3d style blower fans. Everything should fit just fine just unscrew your blower fan first and attach the adapter to the mount then attach the fan.

What you will need:
3x M3 Nuts
4x M36mm - These are used for the mount and ezabl probe mount
2x M3
8mm - These are used for the fan duct
3x M312mm - These are used for attaching the hotend to the mount
1x M3
20mm - This one is for the 5015 blower fan

The aim for this design was to open up access to the side grub screws on the tough dual hotend for a easy way to level the nozzles and have the EZABL probe sit closer to the nozzle. Both the nozzle and probe should reach the entire bed of a cr-10. During auto level you may not see it reach the full bed but you can edit the X axis to reach the full bed if you wish by changing X to use about 320mm but do so at your own risk as some machines may not travel the same distance.

Probe offsets:
X: -31
Y: -2

If using TH3d's unified firmware try setting Probe edge to 28 to reach equal distance on X. If you wish to change anything I have included the blend file to work with (sorry I do not work with cad programs so I can't supply a file for those type of programs).
