Totem spacer shim added to fill the space between layers when only one limit switch per axis is used.

This is a rethink of the mostly printed CNC machine corner support block.
I have added limit switch support and made it easier to print in smaller chunks.
Everything clamps down firmly with just the four m5 bolts.
25.4mm and 23.45mm tube/pipe is supported.
An update of the belt clamps is in the works and will be updated very soon.
