I made a plaque with the Toreador Rose on it! I've been working on Halloween decorations with my son lately and decided that we needed something with a bit of elegance that would still have some darker undertones. I was way into Vampire the Masquerade when I was in college, so the rose icon from clan Toreador seemed like the perfect fit!
So, I grabbed a copy of the image and whipped this up! My original plan was to just use the rose itself (it's going onto a tombstone that we're making out of foam), but it is made up of so many different pieces that I realized that I'd never be able to re-assemble it with the correct spacing. So, I went with Plan B and put the rose on a simple plaque, then spraypainted the whole thing with a hammered metallic spray paint. I'm quite happy with how it turned out!
