I have two pumps from 99bikes (one foot and one portable). It seems that their heads are pretty much the same. One pump had the rubber ring worn out, but otherwise, it was in mint condition.
I have created this rubber ring based on my other working pump.
They used to sell them but have since been "sold out". This rubber ring fixes the pump.
