The parts consist of the following:
Support material is only needed for the shaft. I oriented the 'D' feature facing up in the Z-direction. PrusaSlicer was having trouble generating supports on the underside of the 'D' cavity, so I just flipped the part 180 degrees and added support material from the base.
Assembly is compression fit and can be put together relatively easily. First, insert the shaft in the holder's base, then snap in the top to finish assembly.
