Here is a simple set of tokens I made for my Rockshox Boxxer. Those tokens (or volume spacers) are made to reduce the air volume on air forks to modify their behaviour, especially during the last millimeters of travel, ensuring good settings for everybody without bottoming out. As a lightweight rider (65 kg all equiped) I must use spacers or I would be obliged to put a ridiculously tiny amount of air to have a good behaviour and I would frequently bottom out on little drops.
I designed this set to only use 1 token with a specific size instead of several tokens screwed together to avoid potential breaks, it also allows to have very specific sizes (like the 1.5 I am actually riding with). Also designed a little box to always have all of them well stored and sorted.
PS : if you need an even more specific size you can simply put the upper size on your slicer (ex : 1.5 if you want a 1.25 token or 3 for a 2.75) and lower it through the build plate by 3.75mm.
