Just had new tile put in the bathroom and needed a new TP holder that kinda matched. This design by @fuweissinger was great, but was too short to hold rolls of Costco/Kirkland TP, so I extended the arm ~9.5-10mm so it would fit and fixed some vertices at the base of the arm. Also removed the screw holes and kept a flat back for 3M tape.
2 Versions here: RT for a right-handed paper rip and LT for a left-handed rip ;)
Took about 3hrs 45min to print, used ASA for strength. Printed .3 height, 4 walls and 15% Gyroid infill.
