My wifes art studio has a bathroom but there is no where to mount a TP Holder. There's a big stainless steel sink, so I designed a mount that clamps around it's 1.66" round leg. (That the actual OD of a 1-1/4" pipe.) The "clamp" is achieved with a couple of cable ties routed thru the print, which keeps most of the cable ties hidden. There is a small strip of bicycle inner tube (about .7mm thick) in a recess under the clamp. That provides some grip so the clamp doesn't slide around. Works well.
Printed with regular PLA, about 30% infill. Seems plenty strong. The TP holder itself is Amazon item B01HCQ7VRO.
Since this is kind of unique, and you may need to mod it, I've included the Fusion360 file.
