Repair a broken Kohler toilet flush handle system like this by 3d printing the handle, axle, and angled lever. Must reuse the original through flange. If no longer usable, you can 3d print the square sleeve from here.
Print internal parts in ABS or ASA for rigidity, water and chlorine resistance. Print in the orientation shown in the screenshots. The axle will require supports for the flat surfaces of the triangle keyed ends.
Friction fit should suffice but may require glue to hold the parts together.
*update: added STL's for axle with 8.8-mm and 8.9-mm triangular key side in case you have trouble fitting the 9.0-mm version into the 9.5-mm triangular hole.
*update 10-8-23: redesigned handle and lever to prevent them from getting stuck in the pressed position due to friction; reuploaded STLs and FreeCAD designs.
*update 8-16-24: added left threaded mount and nut, both STL's and FreeCAD design.
