Print using 100% infill or just 100% solid, shouldn't matter much either way. Drops right into the rear portion of the tlr1 to allow you to mount a TLR1/TLR1HL on smaller handguns that might not have enough pic rail for any of keys to mount to. The width of the key is 4mm, just enough wiggle room so on tight fits you can still move the light enough to make sure the paddles are free.
