Summary

E3d's Titan Aero extruders are cool, however when cooling fan and probe are mounted, it often ends up being big and clumsy. This is an attempt to avoid that by building in the fanduct right beside mounting. The fan duct is curved to avoid the big gearing from the titan. To ensure optimal airflow, the ducts inside is specially designed. Also it prints without support!

it is designed to be mounted on a standard openbuilds gantry plate by two m5 screws. It fits my newly designed Andromeda printer. Furthermore it features mount for a 10-15 dragchain from ooznest.co.uk.

Several improvements has been made. The task to modularize the system is progressing and has resultet in a new P.I.N.D.A. compatible mount. Now there is also two new fan ducts: One for cheap chinese heaterblocks and an experimental one for e3d v6 block.
The IR edition is only compatible with volcano for now due to a very specific mounting distance, but the P.I.N.D.A version is compatible with all. The holes for IR sensor mount has been kept on the P.I.N.D.A. version to be used for cable management.
It can be mounted easely and directly if the printer uses a gantryplate from openbuilds.
Last but not least I have included a step version of everything.

It would be awesome to see your makes.
