Summary

I designed this mold for vacuum forming your own Tinywhoop canopy! I tried to mimic the look of the actual stingray canopies made by Tinywhoop as closely as possible. You can print this with whatever material you want (except flexible of course), and you wont need to use supports. I recommend using a very fine print quality and layer height to make preparation of the mold a little easier. To prep the mold, you should sand it with some fine grit sandpaper to get rid of any imperfections or artifacts. Then, spray the mold with some spray paint or clear coat, to get rid of the print lines. Once this is done, make sure the mold is COMPLETELY DRY, and you are ready to go! I wont go through the vacuum forming process, because there are plenty of tutorials of how to do it on YouTube.
