This is a complete design for a small usb powered device to generate a 20 MHz square wave with fast rise and fall times - in the 400 to 500 ps range. The design notes include the simple circuit with notes on assembly and bill-of-materials. Also included us the stl files for the small printable enclosure. The primary uses for this is to test rise/fall times on your oscilloscope or to run TDR on small cables.
