I created a belt styled after a timing belt. The belt is a single piece printed in flexible filament (i used amazonBasics TPU). The belt is printed in TPU then the clips are printed in PLA and inserted into the belt. I am a pretty twiggy guy so the only size i have uploaded right now is for between 770- 815mm, if there is enough interest i can create other sizes.
This project requires you to print 1 of the full belt files as well as 2 of the belt clips. There is also a small test square that you can print also with a belt clip to insure that your printer can effectively print the attachment holes.
I was inspired to create this design after making 3DWatsch's belt design, and MRC's timing belt generator.
