I wanted modular card holders for the 5 draw cards in Ticket to Ride. chzhed's holder looked like what I wanted, so I remixed them down for TTR card sizes.
These fit the small, USA version cards. Mine aren't sleeved, so I can't verify if sleeved cards would fit, but I don't foresee them being an issue.
There are two versions. One has keys to attach the holders together and one simply has flat edges. I printed the keyed version. The fit was a little too tight, but a quick pass with a small file had the keys trimmed down in no time.
