This is essentially a small box in which to keep electronics on a Garden Railway dry.
The "WH Smith & Son" Kiosk is completely enclosed and should keep things dry. It is based on a traditional UK Newsagents Kiosk as seen at many stations.
The Ticket Office is a different front to add to the kiosk sides, roof and back. It is a free hand interpretation of an old Ticket office.
It is surprising how the photos show up the stringing in the letters... It is much less noticeable when in the garden.
(updated) Instead of using the pegboard, a better electronics package results from using the "NodeMCU Motor Shield", this has sensible pinouts for servos and hall sensors. If you want to use the peg board approach, the "peg board" electronics base has been designed to fit a NODEMCU (ESP8266) V3 and an " LM7805 Regulator Power Supply Module" with AC input, and a "L9110S H-bridge Stepper Motor Dual DC motor Driver Controller Board". Using the peg board means that the modules can be connected with standard Dupont jumper wires, and means that you can change the wiring or reuse the modules easily.
The V2 nodemcu board is smaller, so I have designed another peg board for that that places the motor driver in the middle, to leave room in the kiosk for the station master.
The boards in the photo are set up to drive two filament light circuits (for the station lights and the kiosk), plus two loco sensors (Hall effect switches) and two Servo drives to drive points at the station. The code is available here https://github.com/dagnall53/ESPWIFIROCNET
