All the shafts are ∅2mm (waxed for a smoother clock).

The Crank is simply glued on the weight support.

I added spaces to glue weight on the pendule's back, I used 2 M8 bolt, one at the top and one at the bottom (adjust the height for better results).

I used skateboard bearings for the weights, 3 or 4 should work just fine.

Print the base oriented like it is when built, no support required.

Make sure that every spinning parts are moving freely !
