This is a modified thumbwheel for an adjustable Z-Stop posted here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172190. I changed the original graduations to be more meaningful and intuitive, so each large dot matches 0.1 mm exactly (based on the 0.5 mm pitch of a standard M3 screw). Additional subdivisions are set at 0.05 mm.
