Summary

While waiting for the hardware needed for the assembly of the awesome Toyota model engine designed by ericthepoolboy I did a throttle valve for the throttle body.
When putting the engine together I thought I would incorparate a speed control for the electric motor.
Either the one suggested by rubb3rtoe http://www.thingiverse.com/make:128131 or something similar.
If so it would be cool to incorperate the potentiometer as a Throttle Positioning Sensor on the throttle body so the throttle could be used to rev the engine. Either directly on the intake or via some wire.
Or the other way around, to put a stepper motor that controls the valve in correlation to the selected speed.

Anyway, will see if I get that far. For now it is only the valve which can be fixed on a bolt or rod going through the throttle body and the throttle linkage.
I used a M3x45mm screw which I filed flat on one side. The valve is secured by two M2x1.5mm screws.
You can choose to print the valve as it is. (The file called Throttle_valve.stl)
If so I recommend to print with supports.
Or you can print the two split files and glue them together.
I tried both and it is mostly a matter if you prefer to clean away support structure or to mess with glue.

For those who have not yet installed their throttle body to the inlet I used three M3x15mm and one M3x12mm screws. Will change them to allen screws later on though.
