The file 'Thought Process 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 4.0MB.
An art piece done for JMU's Art 300E, this piece represents machines constricting and compressing knowledge, yet refining it into a usable form. Thus, it takes a decidedly neutral stance on the mechanization of our daily lives. The initial file shows how the design should look like when fully assembled, with the other pieces being there for ease of printing. (Incidentally, the numbers on the ticker tape are hexadecimal representations of the three random seeds used to create the jagged head structure which represents thought, and the writing near the bottom of the box is "brain" in hexavigesimal, or base 26.)
