At first I was just remixing this to make it thinner and to use counter-sunk fan screws instead of nuts, but then I realised it wouldn't take much to make it printable with no supports needed!
I made it 1.6mm thick as that's 8 layers, which slimmed it down quite a bit. I've also given the option of using a mesh in the bottom with the filter material in that, so you can get it so the fan barely pokes out below the case). I didn't realise this until after I'd glued mine together and I couldn't be bothered to reprint the whole thing, so my print 0.8mm thicker than it needs to be! :)
I also stuck the pieces together and made one that will fit on a larger printer all in one go that needs supports.
There are a few different options to you, but I'd recommend printing and glueing together:

Fan_Holder_supportless_with_grill
Then, if you have small enough fan screws you can screw on a print of 80mm_fan_grill_0.8mm just to stop fingers getting in the fan blades once it's installed! I didn't, so I just glued it onto the fan! :-)
I took a LOT of photos of this and the motherboard. I found that the 80mm fan was lower pitched than the stock one, but I still wanted it quieter, so I added some inline resistors to lower the voltage it runs at down to 22 volts and I added heatsinks to all the motherboard chips to make sure that this lower speed didn't have any impact on keeping it cool. I also moved the location of the wire wrapped around the metal loop to get it out of the way and used the old fan mount to tie it to.
Please note that you need a 24v 8010 fan blowing into the case and you need to check the polarity of the wiring - mine was backwards and I had to use an exacto knife to push down the tabs on the pins and get them out.
