Summary

Russell M. Nelson, president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, taught in his October 2023 General Conference talk titled "Think Celestial!" to, well, Think Celestial! I wanted to create a tie clip with this phrase on it, and thus this object was born. I printed out a few of them to give to some friends, and they look quite snazzy worn on ties.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING 100% INFILL!

The size of tie clip I included should be able to clip onto most ties.

Painting the lettering, or going over it with a sharpie could look good. However, I've never tried it, so you're sadly on your own for that one. I have heard that acrylic paint pens could work good, so you can give those a shot!

This tie clip is 65 mm long, 9.68 mm thick (including lettering), and 8.5 mm tall. From what I've tried, it looks pretty good on a standard thickness tie. It might look a little bulky, but that's mainly for strength, and so that the 3D printer doesn't throw a fit trying to print it. It actually looks quite sleek, I don't mind the thickness at all. (I also included a vertically slimmer version of the file called "Slim 65 mm Think Celestial Tie Clip". It's about 5.6 mm tall, but it looks a lot slimmer.)
