This is a swivel table for a theater chair. The mount fits in the cup holder hole.The bearing was inspired by the one by SavageRodent: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:857359. The table is 3/8" walnut finished with semigloss polyurethane. This video shows the motion:https://youtu.be/pNlbfOLeMh8. I used 6mm ball bearings salvaged from a caster. The bolt is 1/4" x 1-1/2 with a flat washer and lock nut.
