The file 'The Vending Machine Project 3: Pencil Pole Arms 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 31.1KB.
In our Multimedia class we were given a challenge to make 3D printed toys that would fit in a vending machine capsule. The purpose of the project was to learn about 3D modelling and 3D printing and share this with our school and beyond. Each student was responsible for creating 5 designs, and learned about how to design models that don’t need support material or adhesion.
My design series is called “Pencil Polearms”. The designs were made with tinkercad. Some challenges were giving them a design on the flatter parts of them, making the trident look good was also very difficult. The things I most like about the models are the functionality. You can actually use them like polearms and they fit on your pencil well so it doesn't fling off if you move your pencil.
The first model is an axe head.
The second model is a trident head.
The third model is a hammer head.
