The almighty shower beer! I couldn't seem to find another on Thingiverse that I was comfortable with actually using, so I based a design off of vogon_poetry's Shower Beer Shelf. My rendition includes a support arm and uses medium size suction cups (linked below). It can hold a full can of beer (or whatever drink you fancy) with ease! The only part that needs to be printed with support is the support arm. Nothing aside form the I-beam portion should be more than 50 degrees of overhang if you place the long bottom flat end on the bed. I will upload a version that doesn't require supports for those who want it, and I plan on making another version of the holder that prints a little bit faster. Comment any ideas below for design changes or questions!
