Summary

Remix of the wonderful The Red Cathedral Insert (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4661905) by canadiankorean (https://www.thingiverse.com/canadiankorean/designs).

The major differences:

  • Fits sleeved cards. I used Gamegenic Matte Mini European Prime - Ruby (46x71mm) sleeves. 71mm is the maximum supported sleeve height. Check this website to see if your favorite sleeve will fit: https://bgc.moscow/bgg/?q=The%20Red%20Cathedral
  • Only space for one rulebook. I disposed of the four rulebooks that were not in my language. This left more room for the tokens and resources in the insert.
  • Single resource tray. There was nothing wrong with the original design of having individual trays for each resource. My personal preference was for a single tray that held all resources instead.

One other note: As shown in the included images, it is highly recommended to store the market board and player boards on top of the resource and token trays. This will position them above the top of the card trays which makes them much easier to remove from the box.

Printing instructions:

  • Print 4 copies of 'RC_Player4x.stl'
  • Print 1 of everything else
  • If you have a 220mm print bed, 'RC-3Cards.stl' and 'RC_Resource_Tray.stl' can be printed diagonally for a better fit on the print bed
