The file 'The Mag-Mount | 3D-Printable Magnetic Webcam Monitor Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.0KB.
Hello everyone! about a year ago I bought myself an OBSBOT pan-tilt-zoom webcam for my office computer and the webcam comes with magnets in it's base to attached to an included screen mount, and while it was a great mount at first, it's use of adhesive to attach to the back of my monitor meant that it A) didn't want to come off easily, and B) broke the plastic in the process of removing it, making it unusable a second time. I ordered a replacement, but as it would take several weeks to ship in from China, I decided to make my own mount quickly to print on my Ender 3 using tinkercad!
This mount was designed to use some big magnets I had on hand, specifically magnets measuring 26.5mm x 52mm x 12.66mm fridge magnets I had on hand, but the model can be easily edited in tinkercad to accept any shape or size of magnet. The underside of the angled arm takes a command strip, the large size 12lb painting hanger ones, and once the mount is slid over the top of your monitor into place the command strip should hold it tight while also allowing for easy quick removal.
Hope this works for you! Let me know if you make it! :D
