I took https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2128429 and made a cellphone stand from it. Due to the layout of the legs I unfortunately had to eliminate them and put the torso onto a column instead with the same contours as the body where the two meet. I used Netfab and Meshlab to join the head onto the torso and the torso onto the column to make that as one seamless print. The arms still have to be printed separately (with support) and glued on.
My phone is Samsung Note 8 with full cover and fits snuggly between the arms
If the stand needs to be screwed down onto something the base can be screwed down first using 3.5mm self-tapping scews and then the column placed onto the base and again screwed onto the base with a 3.5mm x 16mm screw from the back side. Otherwise if it is meant to be moved around then you could just glue the column onto the base.
