I love the original The HIVE design but its connectors were too loose for me, even in the versions with less tolerance.
I decided to redesign with OpenSCAD so that the containers would be totally customizable.
You can use Thingiverse's Customizer to change its dimensions.
With the same connector sizes, it should possible to attach bodies of different hexagon sizes (the won't form a honeycomb though)
